Challenges often help a person stay interested in a job; mostly, these are things that you enjoy doing that are not easy for everyone else. Common responses for a private tutor might be:
- The challenge of helping others achieve educational success
- The challenge of helping students see that they can succeed
- The challenge of understanding the ways different students process information & learn
These are all great answers to this question! Think about what you are good at that others might struggle with, and turn it into a 'challenge' statement for the interviewer.
