How to Answer
Working with demanding clients is hard in any occupation, but for a massage therapist, whose job requires a balance of setting boundaries and gentle care, working with difficult people can be stressful. Some clients are disrespectful, demeaning, or use inappropriate language or references. Your interviewer is undoubtedly aware of this and will want to know how you deal with such people.
