2. While attending cosmetology school we had a student salon, students would perform services on clients. I had a client that was displeased with the service someone gave her so I was asked to fix it I stayed after school to give her the best experience I could and she thanked me and also became a regular client of mine while I was in school.

A customer came into toysrus and wanted to purchase a certainitem and asked the manager for assistance by the time the customer got to my register she was livid with anger and stated she needed corporates number to complain about the poor customer service she received from the manager. So I asked if maybe there was something I could help with turns out she was looking for a specific item I searched Hi and low and was able to find the item.. The customer left with the item and did not want corporates number she even had a smile.. Clocking in to work the next day I was called to the office where the store manager and district manager were waiting and I received a compliment and the customer was happy.
