"In the past, the school had a building-wide science fair and the 3rd-grade team I worked with had the students research endangered animals for their reports. I found a website that the students would insert their information and they would generate trading cards for the students, we also did PowerPoints and I created a video with music and on a loop to play all of the student's videos."

      Chad's Feedback

It sounds like you were a tremendous help for this event, and were able to add some fun and engaging elements for the students (trading cards!). Nice work! To strengthen this response, discuss what the basic requirements of your involvement were at the onset of the event, so it is clear to the interviewer how you went "above and beyond" your normal duties.
