How to Answer
Do you prefer to work outdoors, or indoors? Independently or as part of a crew? You can mention some of your work preferences while also keeping in mind the type of environment that this potential employer is offering. Why do you want to work for them? Be sure to include that in your answer.
Answer Example
"My preferred work environment is an outdoor environment with a smaller grounds crew. I enjoy learning new skills and feel that there is more opportunity for that in a smaller crew environment. From what I understand, you run crews of 4-6 people which is exactly what I would be looking for."
