When addressing challenges, talk about how you have or are currently working to overcome them. Better yet, talk about how you have learned to anticipate and prevent problems. Although the physical demands of a dental hygienist are great, mentioning this as the most challenging aspect of the role may lead to an assumption of your inability to meet the requirements. Most positions will detail the physical requirements in an offer letter or job description, and that may provide a better opportunity to discuss the physical demands.
