"I am looking for a job that will provide me valuable growth opportunities. I have interviewed elsewhere; however, nowhere has been a perfect fit as of yet."
Answer Example
"I am keeping an eye out for viable positions. Although I am not in final stages with any other company, I am actively seeking a new position."
Experienced
