Describe a recent problem you had with one of your manager's decisions. How did you handle it?

"In my current position, the hospital administrator often makes choices that we do not all agree with when it comes to the hospital network. Understanding that we all have our strengths and areas of expertise, I do try to just roll with the decisions and keep my focus on my work."
