Challenges often help a person stay interested in a job; mostly, these are things that you enjoy doing that are not easy for everyone else. Common responses for a loan officer might be:
- The challenge of helping others achieve financial success
- The challenge of managing a lot of details
- The challenge of understanding complex processes & regulations
These are all great answers for this question! Think about what you are good at that others might struggle with, and turn it into a 'challenge' statement for the interviewer.
