      "Probably not.

I am continually working on how to build rapport. b/c meeting new ppl rattles me. I endeavor to come across as non-threatening & ready to help (which is honest, but I stay alert to make sure my demeanor matches my nature)."

      Stephanie's Feedback

Because the role you are applying for is so people-focused, I would shift this response to be a bit more strengths-based. In the "Revised Answer" section, I have included an example of how this could be rewritten.
"Because I am a naturally compassionate and authentic person, I believe that people find themselves naturally at ease with me. Sometimes I may feel personally rattled by meeting new people, but I don't think I ever show it. I endeavor to come across as safe and ready to help, and I am intentional about making sure that my demeanor matches my nature. I am continually working on how to best build rapport, and I am committed to this ongoing process."
