      Answer Example

"Keeping track of my work during a project is a critical requirement of this role. I always want to know where I'm at concerning the project timeline and ensure I accomplish my tasks on schedule. This helps me stay on track and to finish on time. I do this using both spreadsheets and pert charts and sometimes project management software. I can break the project into individual tasks, schedule each task, and build buffers to accommodate changes or unexpected developments. I monitor my progress daily and adjust my schedule as needed so I don't fall behind. This methodology also allows me to schedule the resources and the external dependencies needed to complete the project."
