Provide an honest answer and do not hesitate to mention you would be open to eventually moving up the ladder should the opportunity arise, i.e., that growth opportunities will be more than welcome.
This will demonstrate you have leadership skills, a willingness to learn beyond your original job scope, and a desire to commit to your employer.
