      1st Answer Example

"In over five years as a cab driver, I can say that I've rarely missed work. Of course, there were times that I had to call in sick. In those instances, I make sure to cover my shift. Once, I had to cut my day short to attend to a family emergency. I respect my boss and value our relationship which is why I always make sure to give him a heads-up and a timeline on my return."

      2nd Answer Example

"When you call my references you will hear that I am incredibly responsible, always 10 minutes early for work, willing to work late on peak evenings, and ready to jump in to help a colleague. I have never missed work for an unexcused reason, and am sure to communicate very well with my dispatch team."
