1. I have been a teacher for 14 years. I have also been a mentor to a new teacher.

3. Working with the twins has always kept me on my toes. I am able to guide them through the days activities successfully. I am able to keep them engaged whilst carrying out educational based activities.
Whilst at uni there have been many times where I have had to lead groups of people, for example When working in the Lab I have to lead and guide students throughout the experiment. I was able to instruct them on what they had needed to do, I delegated the tasks between the students and we successfully completed the experiment.

5. In my previous job role I led a team of staff and secretaries. I was responsible for ensuring they met targets and complied with procedures. Should there be any complaints I was the first contact to try to remedy this. I was then answerable to my line manager, reporting back on statistics and work productivity and dealing with any team issues. With regards to students, my experience has been in Year 1 when I volunteered and currently in the nursery class where I have been involved in working alongside the teachers to assist with delivering the learning objectives.

6. In my previous position I was a Practice Manager of Internal Medicine I had 30 staff and 11 physicians, and 3 APRN's I was responsible for.
