Interacting with the customers, making the coffee and being part of a team.
Cons
There was not a lot I did not like about working at Starbucks but wish they had tuition reimbursement.
Job Duties
My job duties included being a cashier, making quality espresso drinks, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, stocking the store and providing excellent customer service.
Summary
It was a great time and I would have stayed part time but due to a conflict of interest with my new job I could not.

Preparation
Working with such a diverse culture in two different states at 28 different locations has prepared me for the customer based part of my role as a manager. Asking questions and taking the time to help my managers has given me the opportunity to learn the ins and out of Starbucks internally.
