Your resume got you this far. Now they are giving you an opportunity to go deeper and market yourself as a can-do clutch-player. Bragging about yourself in an interview can be tough to do, but this is your time to shine! Share those characteristics and career accomplishments which make you a standout candidate. Share your accomplishments. Reveal how well you cope with stressful situations. Think of a time you stepped outside your comfort zone and took on more responsibility. Improving upon a new skill is an excellent example of a growth opportunity and displays you set higher expectations for yourself than others might. This demonstrates you as an overachiever.
