Have you ever received excellent customer service? What did the employee do, that made it so special?
Make the customer feel like there answers are solved and that they can find what they are looking for and to greet them, so therefore it would be best to make the potential buyer to actually buy the product that is solved on the shelves.
Yes the customer remained calm when it wqas my first time and treally appreciated me and motivated me.
Yes, the employee spent extra time to work with me to choose the right DVD player. They conducted themselves in a way that they were in the running for winning a Nobel Prize for DVD player sales. They were very enthusiastic to help me.
I guess I have never received anything special to remember. I guess if an employee makes eye contact and says hi, or at least agnoledges that im present, then they are doing good.
Employee listened to my concern/issue, then went above and beyond to assist me.
