In my opinion the most tecnically interesting building in my City is arkwright building as I admire how the essence of the old building has been retained whilst intergrating with the new teaching facilities and teaching aids.

The was a burning smell in my moms bathroom and the hall light didnt work so I know there was a problem at the switch.

I have thought outside the box and tried new methods and strategies in order to solve whatever problem I may be facing, All while keeping calm and not forgetting to breathe.

I remember when I worked a Ghella in the Haiti branch in the draft Rehabilitation of Cap-Haitien stretch / Dajabon, we had a serious problem with profiles for the fabrication of railings, and no one knew how solve it. In fact, it was not coincidence of the workpiece to serve as a slip-hand (section C) and the support part (I-shape), in sizing. So that the technical team would take a very expensive solution was to remove a triangular inner part of the room, I simply proposed to change position it, and it worked very well. And then the Director Technology, Engineering Paioletti Luca, was surprised.

During construction of a steam wall of Kspan I have observed several cracks so it was a challenge to remove the concrete or after lots research in ACI American concrete institute I found out it was no critical to structure.
