I am always scared when I need to stand in front of 300 students to inform them about new information however when I start talking I always enjoy it so much that when I finish and leave the room I want to repeat it again. Myself as a customer? Well recently I was sold a phone that I was told had a pretty good reputation so when the microphone on it started to fail within one month after my purchase, I was very disappointed. And to make it worse, when the mic started having problems it was very close to the time the refund period would end so I did not get a chance to exchange it. Very disappointing.

I bought a phone a few years ago that my friends all talked about how good it was so I went out and bought it. After going through the phone quickly after the purchase I realized that I was expecteing alot more than what I got. I now am more of an anlyzer before making certain product purchases.
