Depending on the position you are applying for, your interviewer may want to know what kind of flexibility your schedule has and how realistic your expectations are with this role with Caterpillar. Make sure you thoroughly research this position and the expectations. Ensure that your skills are a good match and that your availability can meet the requirements.
