How to Prep
Your interviewer is curious whether you have leadership potential. How you answer will potentially inform them of your leadership style. If you don't have formal leadership experience, share an occasion where you took charge, set the pace, or led by example. As Home Depot's CEO, Ted Decker, once said, "The only thing I can control is how hard I work. Whatever you do, whether it's being a doctor, building bridges, or working at a home improvement store, no path doesn't require hard work."
